/// 01 WHO WE ARE

BUILT BY PLAYERS, FOR PLAYERS.

Federal exists for one reason: Indian players deserve an organization that takes their growth as seriously as their results. That means competitive rosters, rising academy talent and creators working under one banner, with the same expectations for all of them.

Every roster trains with structure: scheduled scrims, VOD review and clear roles. Every member of the community gets a way in, whether that is a tryout, a tournament slot or a seat in the scrim lobby. And everything we build, from the map veto to the strat board, is made to help teams play better.

Talent gets you noticed. Discipline keeps you on the server.
